How to Delete a Master Trial Balance

You can delete one, more than one, or all of the master trial balances in the Review Master Trial Balances List View.

To delete one or more master trial balances from the list,

1. Click the check box next to each one that you want to delete to select it.
2. Click Delete in the grid menu to delete all of the selected master trial balances.

To delete all of the master trial balances from the list,

1. Click the top most check box to select all of the master trial balances in the list.
2. Click Delete in the grid menu to delete them all.

Note 1: General Ledger Manager will not allow you to delete a master trial balance that has been consumed by a ONESOURCE application such as ONESOURCE Income Tax.

Note 2: If you attempt to delete several master trial balances at once and one of them cannot be deleted because it has been consumed by a ONESOURCE application, then the delete operation will fail entirely.
